Refund and Cancellation Policy

Note Nexus provides digital learning resources, including PDFs and educational materials, which are delivered electronically after successful payment. Since all products are digital in nature, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed. Refunds will be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate payments, payment deducted without access being provided within the stated timeframe, or technical issues from our side that prevent access to the purchased content. Refund requests will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect email entered during payment, partial or full use of the content, or inability to understand or utilize the materials. Approved refunds will be processed within five to seven business days and credited back to the original payment method, subject to the policies of the payment provider or bank. If a customer faces access issues or wishes to raise a refund request, they must contact NoteNexus with their payment reference ID and the email used during payment at mail.notenexus@gmail.com .
